1. Place your order

2. Send me a photo of your print ( as clear as possible with no shadows) and personalised text to gtckeepsakes@gmail.com with your order number

3. I’ll use your photo to replicate the print and add this to your design. (If desired I can resize the print to almost exactly the size of your original print - send me measurements of the widest point and tallest point.)

4. A design proof will be emailed to you for approval

5. Once approved, I’ll create your personalised coaster

The coaster is 9.5cm square with rounded corners - not all prints will be to scale if they exceed the print size of the coaster.

You can add names, dates, quotes or your own wording to your design.

For the clearest result, a high-quality photo with no shadows works best with a high contrast print ( black print on white card for example)

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 working days for your personalised coaster to be designed, approved, made and prepared for dispatch.

Care Instructions

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth

• Do not soak

• Do not place in the dishwasher

Each coaster is handmade individually, so slight variations may occur. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

The finished design is created from your supplied photo, so the quality and composition of the original image will affect the final design.
