Custom and personalised items
Many items created by GTC Keepsakes are personalised or made using sentimental materials. Due to the custom nature of these items, they cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty in which case GTC Keepsakes must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. By placing an order with GTC Keepsakes, you agree to our terms and conditions, including that personalised items are non - refundable unless faulty or damaged.

Sentimental materials
For keepsakes made using materials such as breastmilk, ashes, hair, flowers or fabric, every care is taken throughout the process to handle these materials respectfully. Due to the natural and unique nature of these materials, final colours and finishes may vary slightly.

While every precaution is taken, GTC Keepsakes cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to sentimental materials during the postal process or creation process.

Breastmilk keepsakes
If your order includes breastmilk jewellery or a breastmilk keepsake, a small collection pack will be sent to you in the post with simple instructions on how to safely return your milk for your keepsake.

Sending your materials
If your order requires sentimental materials to be sent, clear instructions and the correct postal address will be provided after purchase.

Customers are responsible for sending materials using a suitable and secure postal method. It is recommended that only the suggested amount of material is sent where possible.

Returns for non-personalised items
If an item is not personalised and you wish to return it, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to discuss the return. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
