Processing times
As each item is handmade to order, processing times may vary depending on the item and current workload. Estimated turnaround times will be provided where possible at the time of ordering.
For keepsakes that require sentimental materials such as breastmilk, ashes, hair or flowers, production will begin once the materials have safely arrived.

Posting sentimental materials
If your order requires materials to be sent, clear instructions and the correct postal address will be provided after purchase.
For breastmilk keepsakes, a small collection pack will be posted to you with instructions on how to safely return your milk.
​Customers are responsible for sending materials using a suitable and secure postal method.

Shipping your order
Once your keepsake is complete, it will be carefully packaged and posted using an appropriate postal service.

Shipping times will depend on the postal provider and destination. While every effort is made to ensure orders arrive safely, GTC Keepsakes cannot be responsible for delays caused by postal services.

All jewellery orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, providing full tracking and reliable delivery.
For jewellery orders with a value over £75, shipping is automatically upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. This ensures a higher level of compensation cover and added security for higher value items.
Please note, this applies to jewellery only. All other items are shipped via royal mail based on their size and weight.

Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. GTC Keepsakes cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so the issue can be resolved.
