By placing an order with GTC Keepsakes you agree to the following terms.

Handmade items
All items are handmade from my home studio. Due to the handmade nature of these keepsakes, slight variations in colour, placement, or finish may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

Custom and personalised orders
Many items sold by GTC Keepsakes are personalised or custom made. Because of this, personalised items cannot usually be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty. By placing an order with GTC Keepsakes, you agree to our terms and conditions, including that personalised items are non - refundable unless faulty or damaged.

Keepsake materials
For keepsakes made using sentimental materials such as breastmilk, ashes, hair, fur, flowers or fabric, every care is taken to handle these materials respectfully and safely. While great care is taken throughout the process, final results may vary slightly due to the nature of these materials.

Processing times
As all items are handmade, processing times may vary. Estimated turnaround times will be shared at the time of ordering where possible.

Delivery
Orders will be posted using a suitable tracked or standard postal service. Once an item has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the postal provider.

Collection is also available from Hailsham, BN27 on request

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms or purchases made through GTC Keepsakes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
