Design

Your inclusions can be arranged to create a design that's personal to you. Please use the order notes to describe how you'd like them displayed, for example “hair to be plaited” or a particular arrangement.

If you'd like a layout preview before your piece is completed, please leave your email address with your order.

Can I include more than one inclusion? Yes, many keepsakes can include a combination of ashes, hair, fur, petals and other meaningful inclusions. I may recommend using just one inclusion or carefully blending multiple inclusions rather than layering them separately. If there’s ever a design limitation I’ll always discuss the best option with you before creating your keepsake.

Care & Important Information

Very light or white hair may appear slightly translucent once set in resin. Small bubbles can naturally occur during the making and curing process, with cooler winter temperatures sometimes making them more noticeable. As each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur.

Every care is taken to ensure your keychain is secure and long-lasting, but the metal links can loosen with regular use. Please check the links periodically and gently tighten them if required.

Avoid prolonged exposure to water, harsh chemicals and direct sunlight. Resin can naturally yellow over time, so keeping your piece away from direct sunlight will help maintain its clarity.
