Please send your flowers as soon as possible after your event to ensure the best results. Not all flowers press or dry the same so only what is suitable will be preserved.
After Care
To best preserve your piece, display it in a shaded area away from direct sunlight. Natural flowers may fade over time, so keeping your frame out of strong light will help maintain its colours for longer.
- If a flower preservation date has been booked and the event is cancelled before flowers are sent, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Cancellations within 14 days of booking may receive a full refund where no preparation has begun. After this time, a partial refund may be offered to reflect time and date reservation.
- Once flowers have been received or preservation has begun, refunds are no longer available.
- For best results please send your flowers as soon as possible after the event using guaranteed next day delivery, this will ensure I have the best flowers possible to work with to create your stunning piece.
